MindfulFitness is a trainings place focusing on creating a strong body & mind. Where I am offering various group classes & 1:1 sessions at CPH.
Daily life presents many stressors that take a toll on both body and mind. That’s why I believe in a holistic approach to training—addressing the many factors that impact our well-being. I also believe it’s essential to understand each individual’s unique situation, to create the most effective training plan. My focus areas include postpartum recovery, stress management, weight loss, and performance optimization. Look at the programs here.

Train at Home
I understand the demands of a busy schedule, which is why I offer the flexibility of training from home. I bring all the necessary equipment to ensure an effective and engaging workout. Whether you prefer 1:1 sessions or small group training, I make sure every session is impactful. Read more about the programs here.
Train at PWR.8 Studio
For those who prefer a studio setting, I also offer training sessions at PWR.8 studio, one of Copenhagen’s top fitness studios. Here, you'll have access to a high-energy environment and state-of-the-art equipment for both 1:1 and small group training. Additionally, you can join my weekly group classes at Østerbro and Frederiksberg.
